August 4, 2009: Minutes
The Motley County ISD board of Trustees met in a called meeting on August 4, 2009. All board members were present. Also present were Dr. Seigrist, Mr. Cochran, Denise Ford and Alvin Alexander.
No one was present for Open Forum
Invocation was given by Lewis Drum
ITEMS FOR BOARD ACTION
A. Motion by Mark Seigler, seconded by JD Russell to approve the
previous minutes July 20th, 2009 called meeting. Motion carried
7/0.
B. Motion by JD Russell, seconded by Mark Seigler to accept request
for proposals for the construction project at the football field to
be awarded on August 24, 2009. Motion carried 7/0.
C. No action taken on the budget updates for 2009/2010.
Motion to adjourn by Lewis Drum, seconded by Don Baxter. Motion
carried 7/0.
