The Motley County Board of Trustees met Friday, October 30, 2009, at 7:00 am in a called board meeting. All Board members were present except Gilbert Guerrero and JD Russell. Also present were Dr. Andrew Seigrist and Denise Ford.

ITEMS FOR BOARD ACTION
A. Motion by Don Baxter, seconded by Tina Brooks, to accept the resignation of Mark Seigler. Motion carried 4/0.
B. Motion by Don Baxter, seconded by Tina Brooks to approve the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas. Motion carried 4/0.
Motion to adjourn by Lewis Drum, seconded by Don Baxter. Motion carried 4/0.
