Because of the ongoing CoronaVirus situation this year’s graduation ceremony is going to be very different!  The Governor somewhat relaxed the restrictions on graduations, but there are still many regulations that must be followed.  In order for us to be able to honor these Seniors, everyone is asked to comply with the social distancing restrictions that have been put in place.

Graduation will be held at the Forest Campbell Baseball Field on May 23rd, 2020 at 8:00 pm.  The graduates and their parents will sit on the field while other family members will be able to watch the ceremony from their cars, parked along the outfield fence.  There will be no public restrooms available.  We ask that the community be respectful to the families of our graduates as space for graduation must be limited to stay in compliance.  Also, in accordance with TEA restrictions there will be no social gatherings at the conclusion of the graduation ceremonies on district property.  Grandparents and other guests will remain in their vehicles.  Each student will have a limited number of assigned parking places around the outfield fence.  Please check with the parents of the graduates for more information.  The ceremony will be broadcast over FM radio, the frequency will be announced later in the week.  Also the ceremony will be Live Streamed over the internet so that the members of the community can watch online.

Thank you for helping Motley County ISD celebrate the Class of 2020 in a way that can honor them while following the guidelines required of our district.
